Shipping conditions

Shipping Conditions: We offer free shipping for items with a minimum order value of €75. This service is available to our customers worldwide. The buyer is responsible for providing correct information during purchase. If shipping fails due to a buyer error, we are not liable for any (partial) loss of the order. If we require additional information for shipping, we will contact the buyer, which may result in a shipping delay. We strive to deliver the order to the specified address within the expected delivery time. Should a delay occur, we will inform the buyer as soon as possible. In this case, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract free of charge. We bear the risk of loss or damage to the shipment until the package is delivered, unless otherwise agreed. If the buyer receives an incorrect product, they must notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the order. After consultation, the buyer is responsible for returning the product and will receive a refund for the return shipping costs. Return and Complaint Conditions: The buyer may return the product without giving any reason up to 14 days after receipt. In this case, you will receive an immediate refund, however, the return shipping costs are not refundable. If the buyer receives a damaged or incomplete product, they must contact us as soon as possible. This can be done via the email address below or by phone. We will then decide how to proceed. In most cases, you will receive a new product immediately; however, you may need to return the damaged product first. If the customer returns the product without contacting us first, they cannot claim reimbursement for the costs incurred. If the order is lost during transport or the buyer claims not to have received the order (even if this is stated in the tracking information), the carrier will initiate an investigation. To maintain high customer satisfaction, we will provide a suitable solution for the customer as quickly as possible. We normally wait for this inspection process to complete, and then either ship a new product or refund the purchase price. Both we and the customer must fully cooperate with the carrier. If a shipment has not been delivered to the buyer's delivery address 14 days after the shipping date, they are obligated to contact us by email within 14 days (i.e., no later than 28 days after the shipping date). Delivery times and shipping information How long will it take to receive my order? - Germany: 3 to 7 business days - European Union: 10 to 15 business days - Countries outside the EU: up to 21 business days The estimated delivery time stated above varies by country and location. If you order before 2:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer than to central locations like New York. Delivery times are given in business days. You can track your package using the tracking information sent, which also shows the carrier's current shipping time. Where can I find the status of my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to www.internationalparceltracking.com and your unique tracking number. How much are the shipping costs? We offer free shipping worldwide for orders over €75. For orders below this amount, we charge €25 shipping. Which countries can we ship to? We ship our products worldwide.
